I am a recent graduate of the University of Maryland’s Master of Professional Studies program for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. During my tenure at Maryland I was able to participate in the IO Apprenticeship Program and several wonderful career opportunities, including being an interview assessor for the Personnel Board of Jefferson County in Birmingham, Alabama. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama, and was involved in several honor societies and organizations, as well as the collegiate women’s soccer team. My professional background is in both non-profit and for-profit work. I worked for an AmeriCorps non-profit, Impact America, to combat the negative consequences of poverty throughout the South East, United States, and now serve as a Human Resources and Recruiting Associate at Andersen, an international accounting firm. In my free time I enjoy running, watching true crime, and exploring the DMV!
