With over a decade of talent acquisition experience, Paul has both external recruiting exposure working with the largest privately-held staffing agency in the US, and in-house recruiting experience working with two high-growth, publicly-traded companies leading their talent acquisition operations. Paul has developed and optimized talent acquisition strategies for senior leadership, overcoming a variety of business challenges leveraging innovative best practices and using technology and data insights to guide decision-making, creating best-in-class recruiting departments that are highly engaged and successful.
